Thomasville Georgia | Summer Wedding
The second half of our year’s weddings kicks off with TWO out of towners! I love a road trip so I have zero complaints. Thomasville for Lizzie and Joel’s wedding turned into its own mini trip for us. We lucked out with a $78 Airbnb that had 10ft ceilings, original hardward floors, plus a full kitchen and living room. To top it off and prove it was meant-to-be for the weekend, it belonged to a cat lover like our bride and we would be pass the sweet kitty going in and out.
For the day of, Lizzie had warned me multiple times the church was built very similar to the church in Augusta she and I both attend. I didn’t take her seriously enough because I was completely caught off guard walking through the doors.
Their wedding summer inspired with sunflowers and navy but with a touch of cat details slipped in. Joel and Lizzie are already some of the most chill people you can ever meet, their wedding day was no exception. Joel made his groomsmen’s belts day of! So fun and thoughtful. I loved getting to witness their joy and peace from just seeing each for the first time and know that even though they had a beautiful wedding day, it won’t touch the beauty of their marriage!
Congrats Joel and Lizzie, thank you for having me!
