This past weekend was one of my busiest ever. But it was completely grand. I don’t normally look back on a weekend and think it was absolutely great but this one really was.
First I drove to Atlanta by myself for the the first time. I was nervous and obnoxiously proud of my achievement. I picked Tyler up with my friend Stephen by way of the large train system that goes through Atlanta. We have had a large discrepancy over if it is pronounced. MARTA or The Mar-TA. This has yet to be resolved.

| That we went to see the Hunger Games. Sadly we did not think to take pictures because this was fun night. The movie did not disappoint and I hoping to go see it again soon. And I seriously loved Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss.
The next day we took it easy and spent the whole day with Tyler’s family.

The next day was the walk. Despite early morning van failure my dad made it to the see all his friends. Even though the walk is always stressful I would’t trade the day of for anything. It chance for my dad to be reminded that we are all still behind him and for me to see how a guy who washed dishes can affect lives.

Hopefully I’ll be able to give a more complete blog on the walk later.
