The idea of going back to school makes me sad. I want to drive around Texas listening to country music with Tyler forever. So we are making the most of the time we have together and it continues be a perfect summer.

I saw this video on Pinterest and wanted to give putting a picture on wood a try. It required very little craftiness the hardest part was rubbing the paper off. Hopefully I will have a chance to stain the corners to frame it a bit.

One of Tyler’s friends invited us to her ranch house for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. The thing that has been repeatedly blowing my mind here is how big the sky is. I mean it’s huge and sadly does not fit in my camera but that doesn’t stop me from trying.

Since I’ve been back I have been enjoying a lot of “I Love Lucy” and Andy Griffith.
